Health & Dental
Children’s Dental Care w/ Dignity Health
480-728-5790 · Wednesday and Thursday 8am–5pm · by appointment only — leave a message on the scheduling line. Serving Gilbert youth ages birth–18: no-cost dental assessments, cleanings, fluoride varnish treatments, dental sealants, and oral health education.
Hearing & Vision Screenings — Building Blocks for Children
Hotline (English & Spanish) 480-728-5602 · walk-in clinic Wednesdays 2:00–4:00pm. Children up to age 18 may receive hearing and vision screenings and assistance with needed follow-up care.
Immunization Clinic w/ Dignity Health
No-cost immunizations for children up to 19 who are uninsured, under-insured, on AHCCCS, Native American or Alaskan Native. Uninsured/under-insured adults at no cost ($15 administration fee requested but not mandatory).
Mission of Mercy
602-861-2233 · by appointment only. Free primary healthcare, prescription medications, and lab testing for uninsured and underinsured individuals and families — diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of acute and chronic conditions, patient education, and navigation to other resources. Now serving at Chandler First Church of the Nazarene, 301 N Hartford St, Chandler 85225 — first and third Friday 8:00am–3:00pm; for appointments call Mondays 9:00–2:00 at 480-758-8343.

City Hope

Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank
(480) 857-2296 · 368 N Arizona Ave #112-115, Chandler. Bring a photo ID and register for a food box; provide names and birth dates of each household member. One food box each month.
Open Arms Care Center
