Children's Dental Care w/Dignity Health

- Serving Gilbert youth ages birth - 18.
- Provides no-cost dental assessments, dental cleanings, fluoride varnish treatments, dental sealants as well as oral health education.
Hearing and Vision Screenings - Building Blocks for Children w/Dignity Health

- Children up to age 18 may receive hearing and vision screenings and assistance with needed follow up care.
Immunization Clinic for Children and Adults w/Dignity Health
- Immunizations are provided at no cost to children up to age 19 who are uninsured, under-insured, on AHCCCS, Native American or Alaskan Native.
- Immunizations are provided to uninsured or under-insured adults at no cost. A $15 administration fee for adults is requested but not mandatory.

Healthcare and Prescription Medications - Date TBD
- Mission of Mercy offers free primary healthcare services, prescription medications and lab testing to uninsured and underinsured individuals and families.
- Services include diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of acute and chronic conditions, patient education, and navigation to other health and community resources.
