Gilbert Arts Academy offers a computer lab for all grades to enjoy, in additional to computers in all classrooms.  There are smart-boards (interactive white boards) in several classrooms and mimio's in others.  The school also has a mobile computer lab which contains netbooks and nooks.  Due to the cuts in  education funding, it is difficult to provide each individual student with cutting edge technology, but by the use of the mobile cart we can ensure that each student is exposed to, and receives instruction on leading  technology.

The school is in the process of upgrading older  computer monitors with new flat-screen monitors, due largely to the generosity  of our parents and PTO fundraising.  If you have computer equipment that you no  longer want, please consider donating it to the school.  Our IT staff are  willing to take the time to refurbish and reconfigure computers for classroom  use.
