Gilbert Arts Academy is honored to be one of the Leona Group's first elementary schools to open in Arizona. 

Gilbert Arts Academy serves a diverse community by providing an alternative to the existing public school system. The Gilbert Unified School District has many fine and reputable public schools, but for some, the larger public school system is not the best fit and private schools may be cost prohibitive. Gilbert Arts Academy is able to offer the best of both worlds.  A private school quality education at a public school price!


Gilbert Arts Academy is chartered by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools. Extensive research went into curriculum implementation to ensure we maintain a strong academic core and not only meet, but exceed the Arizona State Academic Standards.  Additionally, it is our belief that every child can learn but that learning styles may be as diverse as children themselves.  To that end we strive to employ only the most qualified, dedicated and professional staff and conduct regular professional development days to ensure our staff remain on the cutting edge of technology, teaching methods and curriculum.
